Born May 17, 1984 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio. He was the second oldest child of James Edwin Polta and Helen Frances Hang.

Description

Timothy was of average build and height (about 5 foot 8 inches). He had sandy colored hair and wore corrective eyeglasses for most of his life.

He was born a twin with his brother Thomas Edward Polta.
