Born on Nov 10, 1931 in Zalia, Hancock Co, WV. She was the oldest child to Preston Eugene Jones and Odessa Jessie Stevenson.

She was buried at Island Creek Cemetery on June 4, 2015 at in Toronto, Jefferson County, Ohio.
