Born on May 22, 1904 in Nanty Glo, Cambria County, Pennsylvania. He was the third oldest child to Andrew Hudak and Elona Chizmar.

Description

Andrew Michael was of average build (140 lbs in 1942) and stature (5 foot 7 1/2 inches). He had hazel eyes and brown hair.
