The two-story house at 487 Fourth Street (Lot No: 39-214600) sits on a 8,640 sq. ft. lot on the southwest side of the city of Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. It was built in 1928 and was listed as a three-bedroom, one-bath house. with usable attic space (windows faced front and back of house) and a basement. The front porch with wooden with square end pillars atop brick pedestals. The steps were made of poured concrete. (At the time of this writing the house was still standing but it appeared to be a derelict with its windows and doors were boarded.)
