Married Anthony Andrew Litz on January 18, 1947 at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church by Rev. Joseph A. Krispinsky in Warren, Trumbull County, OH. The couple had seven children: six boys - Thomas Anthony, Timothy Michael, Daniel Joseph, James Emmett, Jeffery Alan and Alan Paul, and one girl - Beth Ann.

Anna died from congestive heart failure on January 23, 2005 at Universtiy Hospital of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, OH. She was buried on January 25, 2005 at All Souls Cemetery in Cortland, Trumbull County, Ohio.
