Born September 28, 1911 in Brockway, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. She was the fifth child of ten children born to Johan Petrilla and Juliana Alice Minarcik.

Description

Helen was of average build and stature (about 5 foot 5 inch). She had brown hair.

She was buried on May 2, 1995 at All Souls Cemetery in Cortland, Trumbull County, Ohio. All Souls Cemetery is located on Hoagland-Blackstub Road, 1 mile north of SR 305 in Cortland, Ohio., Trumbull County, Ohio. This cemetery is approximately 7-8 miles north of Warren, Ohio.
