Born on February 10, 1935 in Aultman, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. He was the youngest child and only son to Joseph Stanley Briscoe and Mary Louise Berish.

Description

He was of average build and stature.

He went by the name of Sonny.

Joseph died of a heart attack on June 23, 1982 in Ogden, Weber County, Utah.
