Andrew Michael Petrilla

Born November 30, 1907 in Homer City, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. He was the third oldest child to Johan Petrilla and Juliana Alice Minarcik.

Description

Andrew was of average build who stood about 5 foot 5 1/2 inches in height. He had brown, wavy hair and blue eyes. He was known to smoke a pipe in later years.

Andrew was baptized into the Catholic faith.

Family Years

Married Mary Martha Timko November 23, 1933 at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. The couple had three children: two boys - Paul Albert and John David and one girl - Elizabeth Jane.

The couple would have eventually have ten children;

He loved woodworking, gardening and fishing.

Death

Andrew died from a heart attack on August 12, 1996 at Glenview Manor Nursing Home in Mineral Ridge, Trumbull County, Ohio. He was buried on August 14, 1996 at All Souls Cemetery in Cortland, Trumbull County, Ohio.
