He was buried on June 29,  2013 at All Souls Cemetery in Cortland, Trumbull County, OH. The cemetery is on Hoagland-Blackstub Road, one mile north of SR 305 in Cortland, Trumbull County, Ohio. This cemetery is approximately 7-8 miles north of Warren, Ohio. George's and Pearl's graves can be found in the east portion of Section 2 (across the road from the chapel), Lot 1006, Graves 3 and 4.

George Michael Berish - Born on July 21,1923 in Aultman, Center Township, Indiana County, PA to Michael George Berish and Anna Elizabeth Hudak.

Married Pearl Lutz on September 25, 1948 at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Church by Rev. Joseph A. Krispinsky in Warren, Trumbull County, OH. The couple had four children: two boys - David  Michael and Gregory George, and two girls - Jennifer Ann and Jacqueline Marie.

The couple would eventually have four children:

  • Jacqueline Marie Berish
