Born November 30, 1907 in Homer City, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. He was the third oldest child to Johan Petrilla and Juliana Alice Minarcik.
Description
Andrew was of average build who stood about 5 foot 5 1/2 inches in height. He had wavy, brown hair and blue eyes. He was known to smoke a pipe in later years.

Death
Andrew died from a heart attack on August 12, 1996 at Glenview Manor Nursing Home in Mineral Ridge, Trumbull County, Ohio. He was buried on August 14, 1996 at All Souls Cemetery in Cortland, Trumbull County, Ohio. All Souls Cemetery is located on Hoagland-Blackstub Road, 1 mile north of SR 305 in Cortland, Ohio., Trumbull County, Ohio. This cemetery is approximately 7-8 miles north of Warren, Ohio. Their graves can be found in Section 1, Lot 3509, with Grave 3 being that of Andrew’s.
