Born on October 5, 1915 in. Greenwald, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. He was the seventh oldest child of Joseph Galetka and Agnes Theresa Monka.

Description

Emma who stood about 5 foot 11 inches tall was of average build. He weighed about 170 pounds in 1940. He had blue eyes and red hair.
