Born on September 4,1904 in Spangler, Cambria County, Pennsylvania. He was the fourth oldest child to Michael Berish and Anna P. Mudry.

He was of average build and stature (5 foot 9 inch). He was clean shaven. He had brown hair and brown eyes.

Andrew was baptized into the Catholic faith.
Family Years
Married Catherine Marie Bishop on October 22, 1932 in the Bronx, Bronx Borough, New York City, New York. The couple had three children: one boy - Gregory Anthony, and two girls - Gloria Joyce and Andrea Kathryn.
The couple would eventually have three children:

Residences
Working Years
Employed as a carpenter at Sharon Steel Corporation. Previously, he was a coal miner and, before that, a baker.
Personal Life
He loved to fish, hunt and dance. He played the mandolin and banjo.
Death
Andrew died from bone cancer on February 11, 1966 at Sharon General Hospital in Sharon, Mercer County, Pennsylvania. He was buried in February of 1966 at St. Ann's Cemetery in Hermitage, Mercer County, Pennsylvania.
