Born on April 4, 1942 in Aultman, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. He was the youngest child of Paul Joseph Berish and Jeannette Polly Everitt.

Description

Paul was short of stature (abt, 5 foot 4 inch) and of average build. He had brown hair and brown eyes.
