Born on May 12,1908 in Helvetia, Indiana County, PA. He was the second oldest child to Stephen Michael Setlock and Mary Katherine Kosoc.

She was slight of build and stature (5 foot 2 inch). She had brown hair and brown eyes.

She was buried on April 9, 2001 at Oakland Cemetery in Indiana, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. The graves of Mary and John are located in Oakland Cemetery on 845 Rose Street in Indiana, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. This cemetery is approximately 7 miles southwest of they city. Their graves can be found in Section L, Lot 115, Graves 1 (John) and 2 (Mary).
