Born on December 26, 1928 in Dixonville, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. He was the third child of Andrew George Timko and Verna Margaret Furin.

Description

Stephen was average in build (weighed 153 lbs. in 1946) and stood about 5 foot 8 inch in height. He was clean shaven with blonde hair and blue eyes.
