Born October 12, 1908 in Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of Stephen Ulicny and his wife Frances Yanek.

She was of average build and stature.

She is buried on January 28, 1984 at All Souls Cemetery in Cortland, Trumbull County, Ohio. The grave of Mary is located in All Souls Cemetery on Hoagland-Blackstub Road, one mile north of SR 305 in Cortland, Trumbull County, Ohio. This cemetery is approximately 7-8 miles north of Warren, Ohio.
