Born on 19 November 19, 1932 in Salina, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. She was the born to Lawrence J. Shearer and Besse C. Grover.
Description
Norma was of average build and stature being 5 foot 6 inches tall. She had bright auburn hair and blue eyes. Because of the color of her hair she was known "Rusty."

Married Robert James Dellafiora on April 5, 1952 by Reverend Wallin in Elkton, Cecil County, Maryland. The couple had seven children: three boys - James M., Robert Joseph and Matthew, and four girls - Christine, Suzanne Marie, Lorraine D. and Kathleen.
