Born on July 9, 1904 in Mercer, Mercer County, Pennsylvania. He was the third oldest child to James Mehard Campbell and Sarah Violet Greenfield.
Description
Harry was slight of build (135 pounds in 1942) and short in stature 5 Foot 6 Inch. He had brown hair and blue eyes..
