Barbara Ann Timko was born on August 15, 1932 in Indiana, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. She was the only child of John Joseph Timko and Anna Isabella Novotny.

Barbara, know to all as Barb, was a woman of average height and average weight. Her hair was brown.

August Wolfe, Chaplain at US Naval Training Center. The couple later divorced in 1964. Barbara later married Henry Edward Rostan on May 15, 1971 in Winchester County, Virginia. The couple later divorced on November 29, 1971 in Trumbull County, Ohio. Her second marriage resulted in no children.
