Born on March 18, 1932 in Aultman, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. He was the second oldest child to John Paul Berish and Mary Elizabeth Setlock.

Description

John was of average build who stood about 5 foot 6 inch in height. He was clean shaven with dark brown hair and brown eyes.

His was a member of Sts. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church in Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio.

John died from a severe ischemic cardiomyopathy on April 24, 2008 at Trumbull Memorial Health Center in Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio.

He was buried on January 17, 1978 at Pineview Memorial Park in Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. The graves of John is located in Pineview Cemetery at 4049 Youngstown Rd SE in Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio. This cemetery is approximately 3.2 miles southeast of the city. His grave can be found directly behind the cemetery’s office building in Section Q, Lot 13, Grave 3.
