770 Fourth Street was location of the first house Joseph John Timko Sr and Anna Veronica Berish actually owned. When the Joseph John Timko Sr. family owned the home it was a three-bedroom, one-bath house with usable attic space and a basement.
While the lot upon which the house was built still exists on the southwest side of the city of Warren, Ohio, the house no longer exists.
