Born on September 4,1904 in Spangler, Cambria County, PA. He was the fourth oldest child to Michael Berish and Anna P. Mudry.

Description
He was of average build and stature (5 foot 9 inch). He was clean shaven. He had brown hair and brown eyes.

Andrew died from bone cancer on February 11, 1966 at Sharon General Hospital in Sharon, Mercer County, Pennsylvania. He was buried in February of 1966 at St. Ann's Cemetery in Hermitage, Mercer County, Pennsylvania.
